[meta] Transferring ownership to emacsorphanage?

Before I get into it, thank you for maintaining this package so far.

Since you no longer maintain this package, I think it is also a good idea to have this repository transferred to Emacs Orphanage? You may have better luck finding a new maintainer there, as that place is clearly marked as an orphanage.
