Qualifying corporate body names with date/date spans

Requesting date/date span elements be added to corporate body names to show the date span when a corporate body was identified by a particular name form. This feature would be the same as Exist Date elements for person names.

This feature will help the National Archives (and perhaps other contributors) to create/edit corporate body names for federal agencies in the context of name changes through time. Here's an example:

War Department. Office of the Chief of Ordnance. St. Louis Arsenal. (ca. 1827 - 1871)
War Department. Office of the Quartermaster General. St. Louis Depot. (1871 - 1873)
War Department. St. Louis Barracks. (1873 - 1879)
War Department. Office of the Quartermaster General. St. Louis Clothing Depot. (1879 - 1937)
War Department. Office of the Surgeon General. St. Louis Medical Depot. (1937 - 1943)
War Department. Army Service Force. Army Service Force Depot, St. Louis. (1943 - 1946)
War Department. St. Louis Medical Depot. (1946 - 9/18/1947)
Department of Defense. Department of the Army. St. Louis Medical Depot. (9/18/1947 - ca. 1955)

Could work the same as elements for person name Exit Dates?
