This license is an agreement between you and Ariel AI. You agree to this license when 
you download, copy, or make any use of the dataset (the "Dataset") linked to this license.

Ariel AI hereby grants you a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable, free of charge 
right to download, access, and/or use the Dataset for the sole purpose of performing 
non-commercial scientific research, non-commercial education, or non-commercial artistic projects. 

Any other use, in particular any use for commercial purposes, is prohibited. This includes, 
without limitation, incorporation in a commercial product, use in a commercial service, 
or production of other artefacts for commercial purposes.

This license prohibits the use of the Dataset to train methods/algorithms/neural networks/etc. 
for commercial use of any kind and/or to produce derivative datasets for commercial purposes.

The Dataset may not be reproduced, modified, and/or made available in any form to any third party. 
The Dataset and the license herein granted shall not be copied, shared, distributed, re-sold, 
offered for re-sale, transferred or sub-licensed in whole or in part except that you may make 
one copy for archive purposes only.

THE DATASET IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, 
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE 
AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL ARIEL AI OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, 
DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, 
OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE DATASET OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE DATASET.

You understand and agree that Ariel AI is under no obligation to provide either maintenance services, 
update services, notices of latent defects, or corrections of defects with regard to the Dataset. 
Ariel AI nevertheless reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Dataset at any time. 
Ariel AI reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or revoke your right to access or use (or both) 
the Dataset at any time. You agree that you will not use Ariel AI's name, logo(s), or other 
identifying information or image for any purpose.
