The PCB is meant to use JST PH connectors for line in and speaker out:
https://www.adafruit.com/product/261

The part used by Makerfabs and/or specified in the BOM doesn't match the above connector. There is a connector and SMT overlap at one place on the PCB.

Review and update the PCB and/or BOM so that JST PH connectors can be used.
