Add calendar and Google docs and GitHub under infrastructure

Should we mention calendar, Google docs & sheets (minuets, notes, budget, timetable, etc.) and GitHub (for issue tracking) under infrastructure - they are invaluable for planning and use all of them for our events.

Agree in the resources we us being expanded upon but probably for the next major update to EOG after the initial release
