Harmonise guidance on bulleted list punctuation with SSI guidance

Describe the change being requested
SSI guidance states punctuation at the end of bulleted lists - https://github.com/softwaresaved/event-organisation-guide/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md EOG guidance says otherwise - update the EOG guidance and all lists to conform to the SSI guidance

State the reason for the change
Consistency with SSI guidance and any future guides

Describe the impact of the change on other parts of the SSI-EOG
Many files will need to be checked as there are many bulleted lists

Describe any alternatives you have considered (if applicable)
Leave as is - as other guides are not really sticking to this - but for the future (maybe V3 it might be something worth doing)
