Video garbled

The demo shows a bunch of pixelated blobs. Is there something I need to change in the code to get the demo to work other than pointing it to a video file?

possible reasons for bugs could be your local ffmpeg version or the video file you use for testing.
i only tested it on linux.
if you see anything else than a plain green or plain unicolored screen then the bug is most likely not in broadway but in the stream.
make sure you get a base line h264 annex b stream of discrete nal units.
