I created the credentials for many use cases like google auth, webauthn.io, one for SSH,.. But solo key credential ls not showing any of the credentials which I created. I am not sure how this credentials ls works. In which criteria it shows the created credentials?

If you didn't use resident keys, this is expected AFAICT.
You can try to register with a resident key (rk) e.g. on WebAuthn.io by clicking on 'Advanced Settings' and then choosing 'Register with Resident Key' -> 'Required'. As soon as you have registered successfully using this setting, you should see the credential id etc. using solo key credential ls.
