Bought the key on Amazon, Inserted into the usb port and no dice. Is the product faulty? Do I need to return it?

I had disabled driver update policy in gpedit. Driver is now installed, but still nothing. The device shows as STM device in DFU mode. Solo-desktop is not recognizing it. Tried plugging it in with the button pressed.
Can I count on your help?

Tried solo-python and this is all I get:

C:\Users\Radek>solo ls
:: Solos

C:\Users\Radek>solo version
0.0.30

C:\Users\Radek>solo key update

No Solo key found!

DFU mode sounds like there is no valid firmware on the device. Please contact [email protected] to get it replaced, thanks!

Brilliant :D Are those devices even tested before shipping?
