After updating one of my solokey it is recognised as passkey. The problem is sometimes many sites like Google have problems to authenticate. The other key that I have still works without any problems.

Is it possible to somehow disable FIDO2 in solokey?

Use passkeys, they are fido2, re-roll your key on google and others.
