The bot could detect when people try to use tiple-backticks to monospace code, and @ them mentioning to use Ctrl-K, make it a separate message, and re-read the room rules since they mention that already.

Additionally, if it's above a certain length, it could notify a room owner, or automatically bin the message (if it's okay to have a bot have RO priviliges)

Here's a start.

Need to clean up my branch, and add some other necessary features first (to prevent accidental flooding, etc)
