Best way to exclude other special activities?

While trying to strip out all non-nominal data in dwells, I ran into what I think are MUPS checkouts on 2015:244 and 2015:146 . Not sure if these belong in ltt_bads (or if there is a mechanism to recommend times for ltt_bads), or if these types of events should have their own kadi event query (events.other_weird_stuff)?

In my code, I've just added these to a local bad times list to filter via fetch filtering, but I was just wondering about saving the next person the same work.
