fix usage of mamba command in tutorial #2916

mamba was not callable after installing miniforge3 on my Mac OS.

looks like tutorial-install.md is the culprit here. need to fix that, probably by switching to mambaforge? Or whatever is recommended these days.

Actually, the problem was probably MacOS and the use of zsh instead of bash? The tutorial installs things properly on Linux, and properly directs people to use the install instructions for miniforge on other OSes.
