at/after next major release, I would like to upgrade sourmash_databases in a few ways:

  • produce zip files for SBTs (already done for GTDB)
  • switch to using conda environments in snakefile
  • produce updated genbank and refseq databases (?)
  • maybe produce MGnify databases too (stretch goal :), or at least post Taylor's HMP databases in new formats.
