Recently the Wasmer project has merged into its main branch a Singlepass compiler implementation for Windows:
wasmerio/wasmer#2574

There is no official release of Wasmer having that feature yet at the time of writing this issue.
Once Wasmer issues a new release, it's recommended to update Wasmer and start using singlepass on Windows as well.

Note

This issue is labeled someday. It's not a must for the 1st Mainnest - However, it'd be great to have it as well.
