Description:
As an instructor, I want to be able to see at a glance how far I've gotten through an evaluation so that I can feel good about how much I've accomplished and see how much is left to do.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. A row should display a blue checkmark when all evaluation fields for that row are filled out.
2. A row should not display a blue checkmark if any evaluation fields for that row are empty.
