France 2 works on Ubuntu PC, doesn't work on LibreELEC RPi2

Hello,

I can watch the France 2 from a recently installed current Kodi 17 installed on an Ubuntu PC, but the installation based on LibreELEC install on an RPi2 is failing to find the URL.

Is there an obvious reason for this, dependencies what may be missing?

I'll provide debug logs for boths installations in a bit.

Is this a Python version mismatch or some Python component missing?
