I'm Teppo, 30-something web developer/designer (mostly in that order) and accessibility enthusiast from Finland. In terms of open source, most of my work is related to the ProcessWire CMS/CMF, for which I've among other things built several modules — such as:

Additionally I maintain — or help maintain — projects built by others, including AdminBar, Redirects, and UserGroups. I have also done a bit of work to push for better Composer support for the ProcessWire ecosystem (including writing an installer plugin for modules and site profiles), publish a weekly ProcessWire newsletter at weekly.pw, and have made some small contributions towards ProcessWire's core 🙂
