Download data as spreadsheet including sub entities

• Download Data (including triggering Options Dialog for Download) from the Upload Dialog
• Download Data (including triggering Options Dialog for Download) from Code (like new method in Component.ts triggerDownload)
• Download Data (including triggering Options Dialog for Download) from XML View as Button, so as a option it renders not the button for upload but to download data
• Option to display button in upload dialog or hide it (default hidden)
• Complete Dev Page about Download to understand and document full process
• create test (need somehow a way to check downloaded xlsx file, maybe not add it to ODataV4FE, freestyle?)
• Check developer documentation how to use it
