[Firefox] Footnotes start with an empty line

There is an extra <a> tag getting generated before the <p> containing the text of the footnote. Why is the id not on the <li> tag (that's what pandoc does by default)?

Happens on Firefox, not Chrome. The fix for this should go in https://github.com/srid/reflex-dom-pandoc
