Pokemon website put up a colldown on account creation(?)

So when i iam running any command that has more than 5 accounts to create subsequently,at the sixth account i get a redirecion to birth date verification.Then all creation fails.After some ~5 mins another 5 accounts can be created.Maybe put a cool down if more than five accounts were made in one session or from the last created account?I could also be gravely mistaken and the problem resides that all this time i didnt accept the ToS of every account i made.On another note could the not acceptance of tos cancel the account or somehow make it inoperable?
