DSA Subregions Fusion Table - Duplicate features #40

Somehow all the features in the fusion table for the DSA subregions got duplicated so that each region/island has an identical copy. Fusion table should be cleaned up or redone.

Data originally from a file named DETAW_Subareas_n83u10.shp
