I Have Windows 10 Running On My PC And When Attempting To Install It Tells Me to Install .NET Framework
When The .NET Framework Installer Tells Me That I Already Have It Installed But It Still Wont Let Me Install The Tool.

.NET 3.5 and below are not 'really' the same as .NET 4.x.
You have to install the .NET 3.5 on your computer (but keep .NET 4.6.x on it)
