[enhancement]: Logged in user should see account info, not encryption page, upon login

Which feature or improvement would you like to request?

Our users already report confusion after log in to their account that the page they are directed to by default is the encryption page. It should be an account info or management page instead.

There is no account info page, the webadmin for users is limited to changing passwords or modifying encryption settings.

My proposal is there should be a page telling folks the info they need to set up the account in a client.

Perhaps also a link on that page to get to the App passwords page (I know it's in the sidebar, but making things easy never hurts)
