Success, Warning and Danger styles for input not working.

Hi, I'm noticing that both in my project and in the application demo, the input styles for success, warning and danger are not working properly.

If I go to the application demo on the Forms section, the three input seem not to show the success, warning or danger style even though they have the has-success, has-warning and has-error classes applied.

Any thoughts on this?.
