does not work in Windows 8 enterprise with RemoteFx GPU added #59

I added a remotefx GPU to windows 8 and then tried using rdpwrap and it fails. I removed the remotefx GPU and then the rdpwarp succeeded.

Please help me use rdpwrap while running a remotefx GPU.

The GPU is: firepro s7000
