Funding status June-2023

In the interests of maintaining transparency around the financial aspects of the project, I'll be making reports on the current financial status of the project. This replaces the existing discussion #1699.

Changes to development expenses

As discussed with backers in Discord, as of June 2023, I'll be expensing for $30/hour for my development and management duties, with a maximum of 40 hours expensed per month. This will be revised as needed based on the health of the OpenCollective balance and our other expenses. This gives me the security and piece of mind to commit to the continued development of stash and stash-box. I'd like to thank our contributors for their generous support which allows me to do this.
