[Feature] Option to disable the ability to create tags on the fly

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Often when I tag scenes I type away the tags I want to add. I can't count the number of times I accidently added a new tag into my DB because the tag I wanted to add was already tagged or I mistyped the tag.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to have the option to disable the ability to create new tags while typing. Adding new tags to the DB is also something I don't do quite as often and is something I can easily do on the actual "tags" tab.

How do you do that? The biggest drawback for me is, that I can't type away tags, because every time you press enter you have to click into the select field again, because it loses focus. Very annoying..

That doesn't seem right. What browser are you using? For me the field always stays focused.

Thanks for the hint. I'm using Chrome, and it seems like there was a plugin interfering. In incognito mode it worked, so I tested them one-by-one until I found it. Now it works^^
Still have a problem with the player though which loses focus (no keyboard controls anymore) 3 seconds after clicking on any player control element. It works in Firefox, so I guess it's related to Chrome.
