[Feature] Tag function improvement

The tag screen can become overwhelming when you have a lot of tags. Being able to group like tags would be helpful.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be nice to have the option to exclude tags (like parent tags) from the drop downs used when tagging a scene, performer, etc...
Having a checkbox on the tag edit screen to exclude the tag and allow it to basically function as a folder to group like tags would be nice. An example would be a parent tag called 'Film Style' with sub-tags like 'Interview', 'Behind-the-Scenes', and 'POV'. This would allow organization of tags making it easier to navigate if you have a ton of tags and also de-clutter the drop downs of tags used just for organization. Also for the parent tags that are excluded, when clicking on the tag have it take you to the same filtered view as it would when you click on the 'Parent of X tags' link. This solution also allows you to still utilize parents tags in cases where it makes sense such as a parent tag of 'Oral Sex' with sub tags such as 'Fellatio' and 'Cunnilingus'.
