Bug: command is not recognized of the command postinstall

Description

When i run yarn install it tells me that the command patch-package is not recognized.

My colleague who has the mac does not have this problem while I from windows have this problem.

Expected result

What i expect is that i would have to create it in the public monaco-editor folder to be able to use it locally

Actual result

Could you list the content of the directory that you get back from npm bin? This directory is usually just node_modules/.bin but I'm not sure if the location is the same on Windows. I usually just do this:

ls -alh node_modules/.bin

But I'm also not sure if you have access to ls.

The command is wrong but I made these screens if I can be useful.
