Consistent API signature #27

I noticed that steal-cordova has the following signature

stealCordova :: cordovaOptions -> buildResult -> cordovaBuild

while steal-electron has the following

stealElectron :: (electronOptions, buildResult) -> electronBuild

we should pick one and make both api consistent.
