Repurpose current Stencila theme #70

We'd like to have a more on-branch Stencila theme, and demonstrate the ability to create a custom theme by primarily overriding CSS variables by the skeleton theme.

We will:

  • rename Stencila theme to Wilmore
  • create a new Stencila theme based on Skeleton
