Just to clarify, should I plan to add links to meeting minutes/transcripts from past meetings? This department is not always consistent about uploading meeting minutes, and the last time they did so was for a meeting in June (over 2 months ago).

We scrape the meeting materials' links whenever possible. If they're not available, you can just leave it as an empty list [].
