Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Sometimes i want to show story only in docs, but not in navigation.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add exclude parameter to <Story /> component or excludeStories parameter to <Meta /> component.

Are you able to assist bring the feature to reality?
