[Bug]: Upgrade @testing-library/user-event

Describe the bug

There are some type and other bugs in @testing-library/user-event version 14.3.0 that we use.

However, the newer versions have (different) bugs, we think they may be easier to reconcile:

Predictably, this completely broke form submissions in interactions on Firefox...

Still broken on latest Storybook.

The workaround is to use fireEvent instead of userEvent: testing-library/user-event#1075 (comment)
