Issue: Angular interaction stories had Chromatic changes, reflecting a real issue with steps inside
waitForfailing but not being picked up / retried.What I did
Fixed issue with instrumenter (partially, I think) to resolve issue.
I want to improve it further in a second PR but this should get(I ended up putting improvements/tests in this PR)nextgreen.How to test
Chromatic should now have 0 changes.
