Issue: we were sending the
bootevent even if you explicitly told us not to.What I did
Fixed that, also added some docs about how to avoid ever sending it.
How to test
Try running various commands with
STORYBOOK_TELEMETRY_DEBUG=1and with and withoutSTORYBOOK_DISABLE_TELEMETRY=1
