It’s common to want to / or have to license multiple assets as a bundle, rather than individually. E.g. I may not want to license a single character, but I may want to license the whole suite of characters from a series. Would the licensor need to create a new IP to represent the group? How would the relation look like?
As an NFT collection, I may want to license the whole collection for specific use-cases and retain specific rights, despite each NFT being registered individually. I imagine this just means the collection has to be an IPA and the NFTs are derivatives of the collection - right?
As a licensee, I may demand or want to negotiate a better deal if I license multiple individually registered (not licensed) IPAs. How do we enable that?
Suggested solution
SPG?
