As per https://www.typescriptlang.org/docs/handbook/enums.html#const-enum-pitfalls I think this project exports enums that aren't available to projects importing OSN.

I believe with the preserveConstEnums flag enabled you can avoid this problem. Also see aza547/wow-recorder#305 (comment).
