Question: Which version should I use ？

@ou-bing I've developed https://github.com/aza547/wow-recorder with this library.

For a long time I was using 0.23.71. I'm in the process of testing the latest version I can see which is 0.24.6. So far testing looks good.

versions 0.24.x right now in our preview builds.
24 release includes OBS 29 update.
