Option to turn on/off notification on followed streamer's stream title change

Description

It would be nice, if there could be a setting for a notification that the user can turn on or off to see notifications, whenever the followed streams/currently watched streamer changes their title(s).

Oftentimes, streamers also change their category (maybe a category change popup would also be an option?) when they change their title and start 'new' content.

If it's already requested and I've missed it, just close :)
