Ahh it looks like its been taken down by Google. For some reason they don't like the draft text but I'm not sure the exact reason.

Apparently the Chrome Web Store was waiting for me to verify my gmail address with themselves. Having done this it hasn't unlocked the submission button so I might have to wait for something to percolate through.

Ok the extension is now in the state "Pending Review" which may take a week or so.

The submission got rejected due to the tabs permission which has been in for some time. I've removed it and things still seem to work and resubmitted as 1.17.
