Test coverage is too low

Currently, the tests cover only a tiny subset of the entities in this project. Ideally, all aspects should have a corresponding unit test. The parts of the program also need to be decoupled.

Additionally, we have many unit tests which in reality are integration tests. A better separation of these two would be for the better, and integration tests that tests whether the feeds fulfill Apple's requirements must be added.
