3.1.0 specification is missing on the website #323

If you google "openapi specification", swagger.io docs are the first link. Sadly swagger.io supports only 3.0.3 specs and not the newest 3.1.0

@mabar The latest specification documents are now also on the website at https://swagger.io/specification/
