Clearing package directory before new package is not working

Hi there,
Thanks for cool tool, it makes workflow easier:)
I found that clearing before creating new package doesn't detect files in package dir correctly as it logs in terminal: √ package directory is already clean - even when it is not and also it doesn't clear old files.
