Clarify instructions on how to navigate to RStudio project #839

The exercise on opening an Rstudio project through the file system say to "Navigate to the directory where you created a project in Challenge 1." This could be clarified to say to go to that directory in your operating system's GUI file explorer. I think that's File Explorer in Windows and Finder in Mac (and different things in different Linux distros).
