Missing measures in TabMon.twb #238

I've been looking at issue #204 , but I still have the issue with measures not available in the TabMon.twb workbook.

I've downloaded the latest version from GitHub and I'm using the 2018..2+ workbook against a Tableau server running version 2019.1
