Hinting in tailwind.config via TS types doesn't work :(

I have the latest version:

• VSC
• TW
• test site (index.html, style.css)
• tailwind installed via TW CLI -> https://tailwindcss.com/docs/installation

I watched the official video by Adam Wathan

Where could be the problem? (I have the official TW whisper plugin installed of course and it works correctly in the HTML/CSS/VUE files).
