Right now, our skeleton serialization code unstructures the Skeleton objects for saving in a SLP file.

It'd be great to support exporting to a standalone JSON representation like is used when saving the skeleton to a JSON file or to the model config.

These SLEAP PRs dealt with the differences between these two modes of operation:
