Ping my virtual machine

Hello,

I tried this example: https://github.com/tass-belgium/picotcp/wiki/Examples which sets up a tap device and starts a series of pings. It works well on my machine but when I try to ping my virtual machine it doesn't work. What can I do to solve this problem?

Does your virtual machine have a route to the tap device picotcp is using?
